This is a web display gallery showing representative works and not a web sales gallery. Pictures and images are representative of works that may be available or works that you may want to commission. If you contact me I can send you pictures of what I have available or discuss a commission. I strive to make you happy with your purchase. I want your experience with me to be a pleasurable so you come to me with future commissions and recommend me to your friends.

How to Buy and Order
Simplest is to visit my Fredonia, New York studio, or galleries or shows where you can see my works on display and buy.

If you see something in this online web gallery, or would like to see similar items currently available, or would like to commission a work you will need to contact me. The following is my ordering process:

AVAILABLE ITEMS
  1. Contact me (telephone, e-mail, online contact form) to discuss the items you want.
  2. I will e-mail you pictures of available items.
  3. After you decide what you want I will quote you a total price (including shipping and insurance costs).
  4. You pay me in cash, check, or credit card (in person or online).
  5. After I receive payment I will ship your items.

COMMISSIONS
  1. Contact me (telephone, e-mail, online contact form) to discuss the items you want.
  2. After you decide what you want and I decide I can do it, I will quote you an estimated time for completion and a total price (including shipping and insurance costs).
  3. If acceptable I will proceed to work on your commission.
  4. I will e-mail you pictures of the finished items.
  5. If satisfied you pay me in cash, check, or credit card (in person or online).
  6. After I receive payment I will ship your items.

Art Work Availability
There will be times when web gallery items are sold out or in very short supply, especially at the end of the summer show season (September - November). A lot of my art is made-as-ordered or for other special circumstances, require time to prepare. Therefore delivery times may be long. Completing a commissioned work can take as little as a week or more than a month. I will notify you at the time of commission of an estimated time required for completing and delivering your purchase.

Prices and Specification Information
I work very hard to see that information on this website is accurate. However, errors can happen and I cannot control all. Therefore, information is subject to change without notice. If you have ordered an item that has incurred a price increase I will honor the price I quoted you. I cannot be responsible for any typographical errors in pricing or specification. The web gallery pictures are meant to provide an idea of what items looks like. I do not have photos of every available item. Actual appearance will be slightly different, as items are art - unique, one of a kinds, handmade, etc. Color can be misrepresented by photo lighting and your computer settings when viewing. Sizes are approximate and as each item is an original there are minor variations in size.

Payment Options
You can pay by direct by cash, check, or credit card. Your card is authorized when you place your order. Credit card companies use your billing address information in the verification process, so be sure to provide us with your correct credit card billing address information as well as your ship-to information phone numbers and e-mail address. Providing this information will help avoid delays in shipping your order. I reserve the right to verify charge card billing address, or to ship only to charge card billing address. I reserve the right to hold orders at any time until we are sure payment of any kind is valid, settled, and cleared.

Shipping
Because of the nature of my art, items may take some time to be produced, packaged, and shipped. I will do my best to ship your purchase in a timely manner and to notify you if an item you have ordered has become excessive delayed. All orders are not shipped the same day the order is paid. On hand items can be shipped right away. If you need to receive an order by a specific date, you must let me know. I'll do everything I can to get your item to you, if possible. Shipping/mailing companies may experience unforeseen delays and we cannot be responsible for resulting delays in filling orders. I will do everything we can to expedite as much as possible, however, many delays are far beyond my control. You will not be able to cancel an order simply because it did not arrive when you wanted it to. Refused shipments will be charged return shipping. Some shipping times may be longer than expected or promised because of weather delays, for example. These delays our far beyond my control. Orders may require verification of delivery address, so please provide daytime phone number. I reserve the right to possibly require an adult signature or a signature with ID for some shipments. Damages in shipment must be reported to the delivery person at the time of delivery and prior to signing for the package. A shipment that has been signed for will be assumed to be in good condition. Refused shipments may be charged a service fee and/or a restocking fee and all shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for all rerouted packages or signature by anyone other than customer.

Sales Tax
By law, I must charge sales tax to any sales and/or deliveries to New York (where applicable). The sales tax in our county, Chautauqua, New York, is calculated at 8%.

Returns and Refunds
One of the many things that sets me apart from the mail order industry is the selection and quality of the art I sell. Because I want to ensure my customers are receiving top quality art that is original and new, I have established the following return policy. All sales are tentative until you receive and inspect the item. Defectives, not-as-ordered, not-as-expected, or damaged-in-shipment are returnable, but only if I am notified within 48 hours of your receipt. You must contact me for proper return procedures. If a replacement is not available, then a refund may be requested. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. In no event will I accept a return of any item that has been abused, neglected, or in any way damaged or diminished by the customer. You cannot return an item for reasons such as changing your mind, it was sold by a gallery at a lower price after you purchased it, it did not arrive on time, etc. Summarily, the only valid reason for requesting a return is a damaged during shipment, not-as-ordered, not-as-expected, or a defective-upon-receipt of item.
